Exchange and Refund Policy
At The JMJ Shop we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer exchanges and refunds under the following conditions. Please read our Exchange and Refund Policy carefully.
Returns
We accept returns for items that are:
- Unused, undamaged, and in their original condition
- In their original packaging with all tags, labels, or accessories (if applicable)
Return Period:
You have 10 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this period, unfortunately, we will no longer be able to offer returns or exchanges.
How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at TheJMJShop@Gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide you with the return shipping instructions. Please do not send the item back without an RA number, as we cannot process your return without it.
